Gameto is working to redefine women’s and family health, and we’re looking for a bold, mission-driven Marketing Associate to help us tell that story. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to develop and communicate key messaging and storytelling and coordinate with external partners (e.g., PR & creative agencies and freelancers) to help bring campaigns and material to life. You will contribute across brand, content, and marketing initiatives that support Gameto’s product narrative and major company milestones, including our Phase 3 clinical trial.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting brand and marketing projects, strong digital instincts, and excellent writing/editing skills. They should be ready to represent a cutting‑edge biotech startup and support strategy development to position Gameto as a category‑defining company. This is a rare opportunity to merge biotech with an emerging consumer brand, while also marketing to clinics, pharma partnerships, and the broader business community.
This is a fast‑paced role with significant scope for impact, and we welcome candidates with backgrounds in consumer or healthcare marketing, biotech, or related industries.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Support the evolution of Gameto’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance across audiences (patients, clinics, partners, and the broader public).
Creative Campaign Development: Help execute campaigns and content that highlight Gameto’s mission, products, and milestones.
Digital Presence: Oversee social media, website, and digital storytelling efforts that bring the brand to life in culturally relevant and engaging ways.
Events & Partnerships: Support conferences, speaking opportunities, and partnerships to enhance visibility and credibility.
Content & Messaging Development: Craft clear, compelling brand narratives across digital, print, and experiential channels.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical, commercial, and executive teams to ensure marketing strategy reflects strategic goals and clinical milestones.
Agency & Partner Management: Coordinate with external creative agencies, design teams, and freelancers to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand execution.
Community Building: Build authentic connections with patient communities, clinics, and industry stakeholders to strengthen trust in the Gameto brand.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or communications/PR. Healthcare/biotech exposure is a plus.
Demonstrated ability in building and managing brands through creative campaigns and strategic positioning.
Digitally fluent, with experience leading social media and online storytelling initiatives.
Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to distill complex ideas into accessible, inspiring narratives.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, web CMS, analytics tools).
Experience with event planning, brand campaigns, and partnership activations.
Experience managing external marketing agencies or creative partners preferred.
Interest in healthcare, biotech, wellness, fertility, or women’s health strongly preferred.
Able to commute to Gameto’s Austin office in Bee Cave at least 2x a week.
