Overview We’re seeking a

Volunteer Public Relations Assistant

to support our visibility efforts by helping us share announcements with local media and community outlets.

This is a

support role , not a leadership or spokesperson position.

What You’ll Do

Research local media, newsletters, and community calendars

Help format and distribute press releases

Track where announcements are sent

Support outreach campaigns as directed

Time Commitment

2–3 hours per week

Fully remote

Skills & Experience

Organized and detail‑oriented

Comfortable with email and basic research

Interest in communications or nonprofit work

Training provided
