Flint (YC23) is an AI‑powered learning platform used by over 400,000 teachers and students across 270+ schools in 50+ countries. We build tools that empower every teacher with an AI teaching assistant and every student with an AI tutor, making classrooms more personal, more engaging, and more equitable. We recently raised a $15M Series A from Y Combinator, Basis Set, and other top‑tier investors. We’re growing quickly. Our team ships fast, listens closely to educators, and obsesses over building intuitive, human‑centered education tools.

If you’re hungry to learn, love writing and creating, and want your work to impact millions of students and teachers, this role is for you.

About The Role We’re looking for a

Product Marketing Associate —a sharp early‑career generalist or motivated career‑switcher who can think clearly, execute quickly, and take ownership. You don’t need formal marketing experience. You do need strong writing, clear thinking, and a bias toward action. If you can write well, ask sharp questions, and reliably follow through on what you commit to, we can teach you SEO, website updates, social content, product storytelling, and launch execution.

What you’ll do

Own meaningful projects from day one, with clear guidance in new areas and autonomy elsewhere. Write SEO/SGE‑optimized tools pages, glossary entries, guides, and blogs.

Update and publish landing pages in Framer; make quick edits and simple assets in Figma.

Monitor rankings and performance; iterate for clarity, search, and conversions.

Create social posts, carousels, and visuals.

Turn product updates, teacher stories, and data into compelling, shareable content.

Make short‑form videos that highlight our product and optimize for engagement.

Draft newsletters, product update emails, and engagement campaigns.

Translate product features into clear, educator‑friendly messaging; write what’s new pages, release notes, and launch content.

Collaborate with product, design, and CS to execute launch rollouts.

Who you are

A fast learner who picks up new skills quickly, asks sharp questions, and unblocks yourself with minimal friction.

A clear thinker and strong writer who can distill complex ideas into simple, helpful, human language.

A creatively scrappy person who can spin up a landing page, a Figma visual, or a short‑form video without perfect direction.

Organized but flexible, juggling multiple projects while staying thoughtful, collaborative, and detail‑oriented.

Growth‑minded, eager to grow into a larger leadership or strategic role, and excited to ship work that reaches millions.

Nice‑to‑haves

Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console).

Familiarity with Framer, Figma, or lightweight design tools.

Experience writing for educators, students, or edtech products.

Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or LLM‑based products.

Experience creating short‑form videos or graphics.
