As Senior Specialist, Change Management Communications you will play a key role in supporting communication efforts for organizational transformation initiatives. You will assist in developing and executing communication plans that help employees understand and navigate change. This role partners closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with company priorities. As part of the Communications and Corporate Marketing team you will contribute to creating content, coordinating communication activities and helping maintain alignment across multiple initiatives. Change Communication Planning
Support the development of communication plans for change initiatives including timelines, audiences and messaging. Assist with stakeholder and impact analyses to help tailor communications for different groups. Help maintain communication templates and toolkits for use across teams. Program & Project Support
Partner with project managers, HR and other business teams to provide communication support for transformation projects. Coordinate updates to the change communications calendar to avoid overlap and reduce change fatigue. Content Development & Execution
Draft and edit content such as FAQs, presentations, newsletters, intranet updates and talking points. Ensure messaging is clear and accessible for intended audiences. Help distribute and deploy content across multiple channels including email, intranet and town halls. Stakeholder Engagement
Build collaborative relationships with internal partners to support communication needs. Assist in gathering feedback from employees and share insights to improve messaging. Change Readiness & Adoption
Track communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback tools. Support efforts to identify concerns and recommend adjustments to communication plans. Tools & Technology
Use digital communication tools and platforms to publish and monitor content. Assist with basic analytics and reporting to measure engagement. Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications public relations journalism business or a related field 4+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications Change management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent) In addition to the above requirements the following are also required: Proven success in supporting change communications strategies for a large organization Experience working in industries such as medtech healthcare or highly regulated sectors is a plus Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands‑on while managing multiple often competing priorities Change management experience with a calm and professional demeanor in high‑impact situations A global mindset with the ability to adapt communications strategies to different cultural contexts and regions Excellent time management skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives on time Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex challenges with a steady hand Work location:
