We’re growing quickly and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our digital experience — from site performance to data-driven growth.
The Role The Digital Marketing Manager will be the go-to owner of Cumulus Coffee’s website and eCommerce ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will blend creativity with analytical precision to optimize our digital storefront, manage agency partners, and drive both acquisition and retention across our online channels.
You’ll oversee our Shopify account, email/SMS agency, and SEO + GEO strategies — ensuring Cumulus stays at the forefront of search and consumer discovery. This person will play a key role in shaping how customers find, experience, and fall in love with Cumulus online.
What You’ll Do
Own the Cumulus website: Serve as the primary point of contact for all things eCommerce. Oversee site updates, UX improvements, new feature launches, and conversion optimizations within Shopify.
Set up and optimize Shopify infrastructure: Manage product updates, navigation, integrations, and backend configurations to ensure a seamless, high-performing customer journey.
Lead performance and analytics: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track KPIs across site performance, traffic, conversion, and product sales. Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally: Work with brand, creative, and product teams to brief, test, and optimize digital assets that drive traffic and engagement.
Drive discoverability: Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, and backlink initiatives.
Lead GEO efforts — monitoring emerging generative AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and optimizing Cumulus’s presence within them.
Collaborate with CRM partners: Manager relationship with our email and SMS agency, ensuring campaigns are strategic, data-driven, and aligned with our broader growth goals.
Champion experimentation: Build and manage structured testing roadmaps across site, content, and messaging.
Who You Are

Shopify expert — experienced in setup, management, and optimization for DTC brands.
Digital-first thinker — you understand how web, search, and CRM work together to create a seamless funnel.
SEO fluent — familiar with technical audits, keyword strategy, and content optimization.

Highly organized — you can manage multiple projects, timelines, and partners with precision.
What You’ll Bring
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or growth roles (DTC preferred).
Deep experience managing and optimizing Shopify sites.
Advanced analytical skills in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
Experience leading or contributing to SEO and site optimization strategies.
A proven ability to translate data into action and measurable results.
Bonus: familiarity with Klaviyo, A/B testing, and digital reporting frameworks.
