About the Role: We are seeking a results‑driven SaaS Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a passion for driving growth through digital marketing strategies tailored to software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) products. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that generate awareness/leads, nurture/engage, and support customer retention/growth. Your work will directly impact our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution

Support the channel leads in planning, launch, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content, social, etc…)

Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals

Content Development

Assist with creating compelling content for all channels

Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to target personas

Lead Generation & Nurturing

Maintain marketing funnels to assist with targeting and segmentation to ensure the right message at the right time to the right audience

Monitor and improve conversion rates across the buyer journey

Analytics & Optimization

Coordinate with the Software Digital Experience & Marketing Intelligence team to track campaign performance

Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Market & Competitor Research

Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends and competitor strategies

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis

Preferred Skills:

CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

B2B SaaS marketing
