HubSpot Marketing Automation Coordinator
We’re hiring a
HubSpot Marketing Automation Coordinator
to build, manage, and optimize complex marketing workflows across multiple brands. This role is deeply hands‑on in HubSpot and focuses on executing lifecycle automation—connecting segmentation, enrollment logic, email execution, and timing to support high‑volume, multi‑brand campaigns.
You’ll work inside HubSpot daily, owning the setup, QA, and launch of automated workflows that power our marketing and customer journeys.
What you’ll do
Build and manage HubSpot marketing workflows.
Draft, format, and QA marketing emails using established brand voice and templates.
Set up lists, segmentation, enrollment rules, and suppression logic.
Own campaign QA before launch (links, personalization, formatting, timing).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and meet deadlines.
Maintain organized workflow naming, documentation, and versioning.
Monitor performance and suggest improvements to subject lines, content, and timing.
Support A/B testing across emails and workflows.
Required
Experience with HubSpot marketing tools
Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail
Comfortable building emails and workflows independently
Organized, deadline‑driven, and clear communicator
Nice to have
Basic HTML/CSS for email edits
Experience analyzing email performance metrics
Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing
Experience working across multiple brands or audiences
