Manage the master marketing calendar, coordinating monthly themes, seasonal camps, and special Ninja and Gymnastics events across all markets.
Equip gym General Managers with “marketing-in-a-box” toolkits to support local school fundraisers, community festivals, and parade appearances.
Provide daily oversight of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, including building landing pages, managing lead pipelines, and ensuring automated follow-ups are performing effectively.
Serve as the internal point of contact for paid media efforts by monitoring Meta and Google ad performance and providing creative refreshes to maintain a low cost per lead (CPL).
Design, write, and deploy high-engagement email and SMS campaigns to support lead nurturing, member retention, and win-back initiatives.
Manage national brand social media accounts while overseeing the setup and content scheduling for individual local gym pages across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles.
Produce high-quality marketing assets using Canva and other design tools, including flyers, digital ads, and signage aligned with Dominique Dawes Academy’s “Happy, Active, Strong” brand identity.
Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp reviews to maintain a strong 5-star reputation as the organization expands into new markets.
Use project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana to keep marketing initiatives on track across multiple, simultaneous gym openings.
Manage relationships with print vendors, freelance videographers, and digital agencies to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Creative problem-solving and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
