Job Overview Our client’s Product and Design studio is seeking a Product Management Producer to partner closely with Design, Business, and Engineering teams to organize and guide projects that improve the Sports customer experience. The role requires outstanding program management skills, strong creative intuition, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams on the strategic planning of features and the launch of TV programs.
Key Qualifications 7+ years as Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech or working on digital entertainment products
Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations – operations for Product teams is a plus
Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and shifting between conversations at varying altitudes
Strategic intuition that helps to foster synergies among our teams and develop cross‑product connections
Ability to operate on differing project % timelines and evolve the project plan to meet specific needs
Deep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services, including an ability to learn new technology quickly
Understanding of the relationship between hardware, software, and services to create amazing customer experiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read a room and foster deep relationships across the company, in order to facilitate complex discussions and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
An objective approach to problem‑solving in order to drive alignment in a debate‑driven culture
Outstanding oral and written communication, including experience presenting to a variety of audiences
Description As part of the Product Operations team, you’ll work across the organization’s TV app and Sports app. You’ll partner with Product Management, Human Interface and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to drive projects that deliver new capabilities and features. You’ll uphold and help inform process, workflow, and standards for the Product Management teams, including operationalization of go‑to‑market activities in the lead‑up to launch. You’ll also play a central role in preparing product demos, executive reviews, and presentations. A central focus of this role is working across Product teams to make our experiences more consistent, seamless, and magical for customers.
Core Responsibilities End‑to‑end project management
Plan and lead idea sessions and create workshopping sessions
Drive and update progress on key projects, including seeing milestones and delivering on deadlines
Organize weekly team meetings and communicate updates
Coordinate and maintain product documentation and roadmap
Manage large cross‑func%onal project meetings and reviews, including across %me zones
Track and report on project milestones and scope changes
Facilitate creation of Product artifacts including keynotes and documentation for meetings, briefings, and launch
Concurrently optimize workflow and communication in a fast‑paced, demanding environment
Education & Experience BA/BS or equivalent experience.
