Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst / Solution Owner

About the role: The Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst / Solution Owner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic digital initiatives across marketing platforms. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CDP) to enable omnichannel customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable capabilities that support business growth and compliance. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership & Solution Ownership Collaborate with key stakeholders and solution the end-to-end experience of digital marketing technical solutions, from ideation through delivery and ongoing optimization. Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals, including capability evolution and integration plans. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency. Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate business need into marketing capabilities. Business Analysis & Requirements Management Facilitate workshops to gather and document functional, technical, and data requirements. Provide experience and expertise to guide collaborators to define a future state solution Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile development teams. Attend technical backlog grooming and represent business leads in solutioning. Platform Expertise & Execution Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related marketing automation tools. Oversee solution design and configuration, ensuring optimal use of platform features and data flows. Partner with analytics teams to ensure analytic requirements are documented and woven into build planning. Governance & Compliance Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, HIPAA, and consent management standards. Maintain documentation for operational processes, workflows, and training materials. Support audit readiness and data integrity across systems. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, business analysis, or solution ownership roles. Proven success in Salesforce implementations and marketing automation strategy. Ideally has achieved at least one Salesforce certification. Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, lead lifecycle management, and customer segmentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare marketing or regulated industries. Experience with Salesforce reporting. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
