Position Overview
This position will be knowledgeable and detail-oriented regarding the player tracking system, enrollment of new members and the benefits of the Players Club and current promotions/events involving their Ho-Chunk Gaming place of employment. In addition, this position may also be responsible for performing the duties of coat check and/or valet; all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees. Customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. Minimum Qualifications
Education: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. Essential: 1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. 2. Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout employment. 3. Valid driver's license and liability auto insurance (at minimum), preferred. Experience: 1. No experience is required.
