Marketing Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth daily operations within the department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials. Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and promotional activities for the marketing team. Prepare reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing marketing data. Maintain an organized inventory of marketing materials and supplies. Assist in monitoring social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries or comments. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and social media management platforms, is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
