Notch empowers brands to grow their business through next-gen autonomous customer experience. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to set the vision, strategy, and execution for our marketing efforts, focusing on demand-gen, sales enablement, and ABM marketing.

Develop and Execute a B2B Marketing Strategy: Build and scale a marketing program from the ground up, focusing on acquiring and nurturing B2B leads. Drive a clear roadmap for taking the company from 0 to 1 in B2B growth. About You:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment. Demonstrated experience in building and executing marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Demand Gen Expertise: Proven track record in demand generation, campaign execution, and managing high-performing marketing funnels.
  • Content and Messaging Mastery: Strong storytelling skills with experience in content creation and strategic messaging for B2B audiences.
  • Event and Conference Savvy: Hands‑on experience in planning and executing successful conference and event marketing strategies.
  • Analytical and Data‑Driven: A results‑oriented marketer who uses data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborative Leader: Comfortable working across teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visionary and Hands‑On: Able to craft high‑level strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute.

What You’ll Do

  • Demand Generation: Own and implement strategies to generate high‑quality leads, leveraging SEO, PPC, email marketing, partnerships, and other performance‑driven channels.
  • Content Leadership: Develop a content strategy that educates, engages, and converts. Lead the creation of whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and other marketing materials to establish Notch AI as a thought leader in its space.
  • Conferences and Events: Identify, plan, and execute participation in key industry conferences, trade shows, and events. Leverage these opportunities to expand brand visibility, build relationships, and generate leads.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics across marketing campaigns to refine strategies, improve ROI, and achieve business objectives. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and shared goals.
  • Brand Building: Shape the Notch AI brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points and positioning the company as a leader in the B2B AI solutions space.
