The Marketing Strategy organization is responsible for driving consumer demand and achieving revenue goals for Disney Experiences (DX) as well as supporting overall The Walt Disney Company initiatives. Our goal is to deliver growth for W alt D isney W orld and contribute to the overall company performance. The team achieves these goals by developing commercial and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns that drive consumer behavior. The team also oversees the management of the plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across a wide range of marketing tactics.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this individual will support the Disney Springs business under the Walt Disney World portfolio, creating marketing strategies that support overall business goals and initiatives.

This leader should be able to navigate the organization to mobilize partners, influence decisions, distill complex projects, analyze research or business results, and execute critical work. This candidate will exhibit confidence and autonomy to elevate work strategically, guide diverse functional groups and persuade leaders , including senior leadership and executive s . This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight in day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of innovative commercial marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to deliver business goals for Disney Springs.

Lead the creative and media strateg ies as part of campaign development for Disney Springs that integrate across paid, owned, and earned channels

Leverage business and marketing analytics, consumer insight, and knowledge of the consumer journey to inform strategies and evaluate opportunities

Analyze performance, needs, risk and opportunities to adapt to business changes; develop after action reviews

Leverage analytics and data to influence leaders and peers

Identify innovative opportunities and programs

Daily and program budget management

Ensure delivery of projects to drive business goals efficiently within allocated budget

Maintain and oversee project tracking including status and next steps

Requirements:

4+ years in marketing strategy or related roles

Solid understanding of marketing model, execution, business drivers, and tourism industry

Understanding of consumer journey to help inform and shape key marketing/commercial strategies to drive business goals

Ability to craft strategies based on consumer insights and data analysis

Commercial sensibility and familiarity with travel industry dynamics

Understanding of creative process and strong ability to provide clear direction to shape impactful creative work

Knowledge of content creation and various platforms

Strong presentation and communication skills with a unique ability to create strategic and compelling visual stories for all levels of leadership

Ability to influence at all levels of leadership

Track record of nurturing relationships

Excellent partnership and collaboration skills

Superior professionalism

Detail oriented

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent

Preferred Education:

Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
