Qualifications
- Experience managing sales and operations at a multi‑unit level.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Business analysis skills with in‑depth retail experience.
- Strong focus on customer quality and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- 2–4 years of sales and operational experience.
- 2–4 years of people management experience.
- 1–3 years of T‑Mobile multi‑unit management experience.
- 2+ years of wireless retail experience.
- 1+ year of project management experience.
