Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales and operations at a multi‑unit level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Business analysis skills with in‑depth retail experience.
  • Strong focus on customer quality and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • 2–4 years of sales and operational experience.
  • 2–4 years of people management experience.
  • 1–3 years of T‑Mobile multi‑unit management experience.
  • 2+ years of wireless retail experience.
  • 1+ year of project management experience.
