Marketing Communications Senior Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent interaction with non‑marketing staff company‑wide to effectively support and implement the marketing strategy.
• Collaborate within the marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other marketing departments on special projects.
• Assist managers and senior department members with tracking trends and monitoring marketing metrics.
• Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and/or special projects, as needed.
• Build ECS brand across all communication channels.
• Collaborate to communicate and promote company culture, employee engagement, and philanthropy.
• Design content for audiences including press releases, blog posts, social media, eblasts, and website verbiage.
• Develop, design, and direct content for internal communication and initiatives.
• Enforce consistent communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 years of sales or marketing experience required; experience in marketing or design in architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred.
