ReferPro is hiring: Content & Marketing Specialist in Lehi

ReferPro is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company that helps home service businesses generate, track, and reward referrals. We provide business owners a powerful way to turn their happy customers into their best sales channel.

We’re looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist to help execute our content and marketing engine. This is a hands‑on role working with the CEO and ReferPro team to tell the story.

Key Responsibilities

• Create video + static content
• Film customer testimonials and experiences (attend expos and on sites with customers)
• Manage Webflow website
• Edit content from podcasts
• Create podcast studio and record new podcasts (setup our publishing ability on apple podcasts, Youtube, spotify)
• Manage our paid ads or manage 3rd party contractor
• Track marketing spend and ROI and reallocate funds
• Create and manage marketing banners, material, and 1 pagers
• Create case studies for website and to share in sales process

Requirements

• 100% in office (Lehi, UT)
• Video and static content creation/editing

Nice to Have's

• Ability to manage ad spend
• Webflow experience
