Role Description

We are seeking a skilled videographer to join our dynamic creative team. You will collaborate with the team to conceptualize, plan, and produce marketing assets, including website content, YouTube videos, Reels, podcast episodes, and more. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Boca Raton, FL. Primary responsibilities include video production, camera operation, lighting, shooting, and graphic design.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality videos that showcase our products and brand, including demos, lifestyle videos, and brand stories.
• Use expertise in camera operation, lighting, and composition to capture engaging footage.
• Edit and enhance video content with industry‑standard software, ensuring colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics are polished.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a videographer.
• Proficient with DSLR and video recording cameras.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related programs.
• Deep understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio equipment.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Knowledge of current videography industry trends.
• Strong storytelling and creative abilities.
• Experience shooting on set and on location.
• Ability to collaborate with the creative team and CEO to plan and execute video shoots.
• Skillful in setting up and powering down cameras, microphones, lighting, and prop equipment.
• Proficient in adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects.
• Experience preparing background footage and B‑roll.

Job Details

Location: Boca Raton, FL. Some travel may be required to capture event content throughout the year.

Job Type: Full‑time

Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level

Pay: $46,000 – $47,000 per year

Benefits: Paid time off.
