Videographer — Storytelling & Highlight Films (Summer at Willow Lake)

We’re looking for a skilled, professional Videographer to help tell the story of summer at Willow Lake Day Camp through thoughtful, high-quality video. This role focuses on creating polished highlight films and short-form videos shared with families and the Willow Lake community.

Responsibilities:

• Film daily camp life, special events, and signature summer moments
• Produce biweekly highlight videos (5–8 minutes) and short-form videos (1–2 minutes)
• Capture candid camper and staff moments and brief interviews
• Edit clean, intentional video content with strong pacing, music, and transitions
• Prepare videos for distribution across Willow Lake’s digital channels
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and promotional storytelling

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating and editing engaging video content for large audiences
• Proficiency with professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Strong storytelling skills and creative judgment
• Comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, collaborative energy and a love for working with kids
• Camera equipment not required; access to or ownership of high-quality gear preferred
