Job Summary

KTTC, the #1 broadcast station in the Rochester/Mason City/Austin market, is looking to hire a live sporting event videographer. If you have a love for local sports and want schedule flexibility, this role will work with the sporting event coordinator and cover local games, primarily during KTTC Gameday. You will mostly work in the field at live events, with flexibility outside of the live events.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Shoot games using JVC and other video cameras
  • Edit video for multiple platforms (on‑air, digital streaming, social media)
  • Work with stakeholders such as schools, station management, program sponsors, and other partners
  • Handle a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Flexibility with scheduling and assigned shifts
  • Work at the Rochester, Minnesota station site
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Experience shooting live sports
  • Knowledge of video camera/audio equipment technology
  • Drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the United States
