About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and analytically minded Content Specialist to join our Content & User Engagement (CUE) team at our headquarters in Ft. Myers, Florida. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast moving, data‑driven environment—a self‑starter who tests relentlessly, iterates fast, and is comfortable making decisions based on performance. You’ll help shape how millions of users experience our products by designing and optimizing CRM‑driven user journeys, push notifications, and email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Braze (preferred) or another leading CRM platform and approaches user engagement like a media buyer, consistently A/B‑testing, refining strategy, and chasing better performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize push, email, and in‑app messaging campaigns using Braze or similar CRM tools.
  • Design and refine user journeys that enhance engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Aggressively A/B test messaging, timing, and audience segmentation to drive measurable lift.
  • Translate campaign data into insights and actionable next steps; iterate rapidly based on results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Analytics, and Content to align engagement strategies with larger business goals.
  • Support platform and workflow improvements that enhance speed, quality, and personalization across CUE operations.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and experimentation around audience targeting, re‑engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital engagement roles.
  • Direct experience with Braze (strong preference) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven success running A/B or multivariate tests and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Understanding of user segmentation, retention funnels, and engagement KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into tactical action.
  • Exposure to content scheduling, assignment workflows, or media operations a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, high‑accountability team environment.
