Prime Video Advertising is looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships to set the strategy, execution and performance goals for media sponsorships, content integrations, and custom brand execution. This role ensures packages and titles are projected effectively, priced properly, and launched flawlessly, while setting program goals and maintaining continual improvement. You will influence product prioritization, establish financial goals, internalize advertiser needs, and shepherd the packages to market.

This role will lead a team that works closely with Amazon Studios to ensure that content selection and marketing assets meet business objectives, talent aligns with sponsorships and placements, and the slate is mechanized upstream for packaging and presentation to sales motions and keystone events such as Upfronts. Collaboration with Ads GTM will ensure the program meets advertiser needs across programming, product, and pricing.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Establish overall strategy with partner teams for Brand Partnerships across Content, Product, and GTM.
  • Own revenue goals and other KPIs for the Prime Video Advertising Brand Partnerships.
  • Manage a team to scale the program in the US and influence strategy internationally.
  • Lead business reviews with senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to track pipeline and project progress.
  • Influence product prioritization to meet advertiser needs for sponsorships.
  • Innovate with Ads and Prime Video Studio to develop exciting, advertising‑friendly packages against key Amazon Originals titles and other content.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of building and leading large teams in a matrixed operating structure.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C‑level executives, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of managing and developing high‑performance teams.

Salary: $130,300 - $278,600 per year (basic salary) plus equity and benefits.
