The Prime Video Advertising team is at the forefront of revolutionizing the streaming advertising landscape. Our mission is to deliver ad tech solutions that power Prime Video’s rapidly growing advertising business. We focus on a wide range of critical areas—including ad ingestion, ad delivery, client‑side ad experiences, machine learning‑driven optimization, ad tracking, and audience measurement. We are looking for a passionate and talented iOS Software Development Engineer who has experience building world‑class mobile apps. You will be responsible for developing innovative advertising experiences on our iOS applications.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our advertising experiences on iOS mobile applications.
• Work with team members to investigate design approaches, prototype technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Be part of an agile development process to deliver high‑quality software.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ year of designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience.
• 1+ year of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
