We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Senior Client Partner, Advertising – CPG to join our high‑performing sales team. In this role, you will establish, manage and expand relationships with key clients and agency partners, drive revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions, and work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, revenue operations and marketing teams. This role requires 30–50% travel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners
- Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long‑term retention
- Consult with clients on their advertising strategies, offering solutions across MyFitnessPal to meet business goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Ad Ops, Rev Ops and Product to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
- Use data‑driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate results
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and manage deal structures
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the advertising landscape
Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role
- 8–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management, preferably at a publisher, ad tech company or agency
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel and ad platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Experience working with CPG clients and building strategic relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large‑scale ad campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models
