About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and operationally-driven Manager to lead our Product Go-To‑Market function for Uber Advertising. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving the commercial success of our ad products.
You will be responsible for leading the team that serves as the essential bridge between our Product/Engineering teams and our global Sales organization. Your mission is to ensure Uber not only builds the right ad products but also launches them with effective, scalable strategies for maximum commercial impact. You will guide your team in coordinating input from sales and clients to inform product roadmaps, drive product adoption, and close the feedback loop between the field and the product team.
What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Go‑To‑Market specialists.
- Define, implement, and own the processes to effectively channel field input into product strategy, aligning go‑to‑market plans with the product roadmap to ensure strategic cohesion.
- Oversee the development and execution of end‑to‑end launch plans for new ad products, ensuring cross‑functional readiness (sales training, marketing, legal, support) for all successful rollouts.
- Manage the post‑launch process to monitor product performance and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, acting as the primary advocate for key insights from advertisers and sales teams to guide continuous product improvements.
- Act as the primary GTM partner to leaders in Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication on all product releases and commercialization efforts.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex business needs into product requirements.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with deep knowledge of the ad‑tech ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional go‑to‑market projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain; strongly preferred.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in people management or a formal team‑lead role.
- SQL proficiency with experience translating messy data insights into actionable strategies.
