Job Title: ACD, Art HCP+DTC

Client: Healthcare advertising agency

Hybrid: 2-days per week in NYC

We are seeking an ACD (Art) to bring their curiosity, dedication, and smart weirdness to this major account. We are looking for an ACD who will find something interesting, see ideas in it, discover the strategic value of it, turn it into a big thing, and get the client excited by it. The ACD oversees the art team from inception to final product and ensures quality of content and style to meet the client's marketing strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with copy and the account team to design creative solutions appropriate to client objectives.
• Design projects from concept through completion.
• Keep current with the latest design and share cool stuff with everyone.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience, preferably in an ad agency or design firm.
• Strong design capabilities and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks.
• Kickass creative as shown in your portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, a natural problem‑solver, and a good communicator.
• Solid understanding of all aspects of design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
