Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling technology company to hire a Senior Creative Director who will define, shape, and elevate one of the most ambitious brands being built today. This is not a traditional content or design manager role — this is a brand-defining creative leadership position responsible for building the visual and strategic foundation of a company launching a new global standard for digital trust.

You will partner closely with the Brand Director, lead a multidisciplinary creative team, and translate a bold go-to-market strategy into world-class systems, narratives, campaigns, and experiences.

What You’ll Own

  • Partner with the Brand Director to convert GTM strategy into bold creative direction.
  • Inspire and lead designers, art directors, motion designers, and external creative partners.
  • Build a culture rooted in taste, precision, and world-class execution.

Brand Go-To-Market Execution

  • Translate strategic positioning into campaigns, visuals, narratives, and launch moments.
  • Architect scalable creative systems across enterprise, consumer, government, and platform-facing channels.

Campaign & Concept Development

  • Own concepting for global campaigns, storytelling arcs, and launch themes.
  • Build magazine-quality decks, brand books, and visual narratives.
  • Present directly to the Brand Director and CEO with clarity and strategic insight.

Creative Quality & Velocity

  • Maintain elite quality while operating at high speed.
  • Deliver multiple creative routes for each brief, always raising the bar.
  • Ensure organization, version control, and clarity across all workstreams.

Who You Are

You’re a visionary creative leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, innovation, storytelling, and design. You push boundaries while staying grounded in strategy and executional excellence.

Experience

  • 10+ years in creative, brand, or design leadership within high-performance creative environments.
  • Experience launching global or high-impact products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating world-class brand systems, campaigns, storytelling, and presentation design.

Skills

  • Exceptional creative intuition paired with strategic, systems-level thinking.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + strong presentation design (Keynote/PowerPoint).
  • Ability to convert technical concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
