The FIFA World Cup Audience & Paid Media Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Omnichannel Audience & Marketing Manager with the execution of audience-driven strategies and paid media campaigns. This position focuses on hands‑on implementation tasks, including campaign execution, audience segmentation, and monitoring performance across digital platforms.
This role is critical to supporting the paid media initiatives for the exclusive live coverage across Telemundo during the 2026 FIFA World Cup season, ensuring that campaigns are accurately implemented, data‑driven, and optimized to deliver maximum fan engagement and tune‑in. It requires attention to detail, cross‑functional communication, and a passion for world‑class sports broadcasting. - Execute audience segmentation and activation using 1P, 2P, and 3P data sources to connect with FIFA World Cup fans and sports enthusiasts across multiple markets.
- Coordinate paid media campaign activation and creative mapping, ensuring accurate audience delivery and asset alignment to achieve FIFA World Cup paid media strategy & objectives.
- Partner with an external agency to set up and deliver FIFA World Cup paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with media plans and performance goals.
- Maintain and update documentation to track audience match rates, scale, and partner/publisher performance.
- Ensure accurate data taxonomy and proper back‑end setup for measurement and reporting across all partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot creative asset delivery and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring smooth execution of FIFA World Cup paid media campaigns.
- Stay current on platform capabilities and best practices for audience activation and paid media optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media campaign execution, audience activation, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of audience data strategies, including 1P/2P/3P data, segmentation, privacy compliance, and experience with onboarding tools (DMP/CDP).
- Experience handling paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience tracking match rates and audience scale is a plus.

Additional Requirements
