About the Role
We’re hiring a talented executor to help expand MakeMyMove’s reach among early and mid‑career professionals. This role will build and nurture the durable, reliable non‑paid growth channels that will drive organic traffic to the platform. This is a builder role for someone who loves creating structure where only potential exists, cultivating partnerships that last, and developing systems that can be repeated across dozens of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Community Awareness Enablement
- Identify and test effective local channels to increase community‑wide awareness of relocation programs, then refine and systematize those approaches into a repeatable playbook.
- Work with community partners to understand their unique communication ecosystems and help them adopt tactics that fit their capacity and goals.
- Surface mover stories and community success narratives that build local momentum, pride, and word‑of‑mouth.
National Partnerships
- Identify and cultivate relationships with organizations whose audiences align with MakeMyMove’s mission, including universities, national lifestyle and relocation brands, associations, and affinity groups.
- Develop co‑marketing or outreach opportunities that introduce MakeMyMove to aligned audiences in meaningful, high‑quality ways.
- Create mutually beneficial partnership frameworks and communication toolkits that make collaboration simple and repeatable.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and performance tracking.
Audience Growth & Program Development
- Build and refine scalable programs that grow MakeMyMove’s organic and referral‑based audiences.
- Work collaboratively with PR, marketing, community success, and content teams to amplify program visibility.
- Monitor performance and recommend ways to strengthen engagement and reach.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track channel performance and partner‑driven audience growth.
- Identify early signals of opportunity and refine programs accordingly.
- Present recommendations and learnings to the leadership team.

- Growth in audience reach and engagement from strategic partner channels.
- A national partnerships program used across a broad portfolio of organizations, including universities.
- Strong adoption of MMM’s community awareness resources and increased local visibility for relocation programs.
- A reliable, repeatable framework for partner outreach and activation.
- A strong network of external partners who help expand MMM’s long‑term influence and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years experience in audience development, growth marketing, business development or similar fields.
- Demonstrated success initiating and managing organizational partnerships.
- Experience creating or scaling repeatable programs or frameworks.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
- Comfortable owning metrics and delivering measurable outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience working with universities, national brands, community organizations, or mission‑focused nonprofits.
- Experience in housing, lifestyle media, relocation, or remote work industries.
- Familiarity with local media ecosystems.
