Responsibilities

• Process and manage media assets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment in support of the client’s distribution needs
• Traffic media assets through systems such as Google tools, Airtable, and other internal platforms
• Prepare media for OTT, streaming, and downstream distribution channels
• Perform editorial updates to final files to ensure compliance with technical and network specifications
• Conduct audio loudness measurements to confirm adherence to delivery standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in media asset preparation, media operations, or editorial roles
• Experience with cloud-based asset management platforms, including Aspera on Cloud, MAM systems, and Data I/O
• Strong understanding of streaming workflows and specifications from content curation through final delivery
• Hands‑on experience transcoding and encoding video and audio files using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of digital file formats, including creation of ProRes and proxy files
