What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of multi‑family property management experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and support on‑site teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

Your Role

• Oversee daily operations of the community
• Ensure high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction
• Supervise leasing, marketing, maintenance, and collections
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
• Maintain compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
• Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records
