Air Comfort, Inc is hiring: Community Manager in Hampton

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (District/Regional), Commercial Real Estate professional, or HOA Board Leader to take on a strategic Community Manager role focused on partnership development, lead generation, and expansion into HOA, commercial, and multi-tenant communities.

Location: Hampton Roads & Richmond (travel required)

What You’ll Do:

• Build partnerships with Property Managers, HOAs, and Commercial Real Estate firms
• Generate high-quality leads for roofing and gutter services
• Host Lunch & Learns and present service / maintenance plans
• Strengthen customer relationships and support proposal follow-up
• Assist office with providing optimal customer service during storm events

What You Bring:

• Background in Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, or HOA leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and build partnerships

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission with target total annual earnings of $100,000-$150,000.
• Vehicle allowance, fuel card, and/or company vehicle.
