Influencer & Community Manager

Réalisation Par is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to support the Creative Director and Brand Director across influencer partnerships, community engagement, and social storytelling. This hybrid role oversees creator outreach, gifting programs, social community growth, and cultural insights — while also contributing to copywriting, captioning, and narrative development that supports the brand’s tone and visual direction.

Overview

The Influencer & Community Manager will manage all influencer outreach, gifting initiatives, and creator relationships across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. They will support the brand’s day‑to‑day social presence, helping maintain the content calendar, organizing social assets, and posting when needed. Alongside this, they will keep the team informed about real‑world cultural shifts — from fashion and beauty trends to restaurants, events, and emerging creatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is culturally fluent, aesthetically sharp, organized, and able to bridge the worlds of influencer marketing, community building, and social content execution.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Partnerships

  • Manage all inbound creator inquiries and assess brand alignment
  • Lead targeted outreach for new drops, seasonal launches, and brand initiatives
  • Oversee all gifting and seeding operations: product selection, shipping coordination, tracking, and follow‑up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, stylists, agents, photographers, and tastemakers
  • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and rates when needed
  • Keep organized influencer lists, spreadsheets, calendars, and contact sheets
  • Present weekly creator performance updates and emerging opportunities

Social & Copywriting Support

  • Assist in shaping and maintaining the social content calendar across IG, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Draft captions, gifting notes, and on‑brand copy to support social and influencer content
  • Upload and post content when needed to support the Content Producer
  • Organize and manage social assets including imagery, video clips, UGC, influencer content, and BTS
  • Track social performance, emerging platform trends, and new content formats
  • Translate cultural and community insights into copy themes or storytelling moments

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions using a warm, elevated Réalisation tone
  • Identify rising micro‑creators, and aligned communities
  • Monitor community sentiment, recurring questions, and conversation trends
  • Turn community observations into content opportunities or influencer ideas

Cultural Trends & Real‑World Insights

  • Track what’s happening across:
    • fashion and styling trends
    • restaurants, nightlife, and cultural events
    • emerging creatives, photographers, stylists, and tastemakers
    • beauty, lifestyle, and aesthetic shifts
  • Present weekly cultural insights to guide:
    • casting and creator identification
    • gifting lists and outreach strategies
    • social storytelling and copy direction
    • campaign tone, references, and content themes
  • Ensure the brand remains connected to real cultural movement — not only digital trends

Cross‑Functional Support

  • Collaborate closely with Social, Creative, E‑comm, Production, and Marketing teams
  • Support influencer‑focused shoots and content production
  • Assist with community gatherings, events, and activations
  • Coordinate usage of influencer content across email, paid ads, web, social, and editorial channels

Reporting & Organisation

  • Create weekly and monthly influencer performance recaps
  • Maintain organized systems for usage rights, seeding logs, deliverables, budgets, and timelines
  • Build recap documents for influencer pushes, campaigns, and seeding initiatives
  • Track ROI across gifting programs and paid influencer partnerships

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media roles (fashion/beauty preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Réalisation Par aesthetic
  • Awareness of cultural trends: fashion, restaurants, nightlife, creatives, and social movements
  • Ability to write clean, elevated, brand‑aligned copy for captions and message‑based content
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication and follow‑through
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across global time zones
  • Strong aesthetic eye and cultural fluency

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent flow of aligned creators producing organic, high‑quality content
  • A thriving, connected, and growing global community
  • Regular cultural insights that inform creative and influencer strategy
  • A polished, organized influencer workflow with clear tracking and reporting
  • A social presence that feels stylish, current, and culturally connected
  • Smooth coordination with creative leadership and cross‑functional teams
