The Role

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to join Fixated’s Live Content Team — the group responsible for turning livestreams, personality-driven moments, and live productions into highly engaging, viral-ready content.

As a Content Strategist, you’ll shape the creative engine behind our Twitch livestream and YouTube steam highlights output. You’ll script high-impact moments, refine titles and thumbnails for maximum performance, and work closely with creators, content managers, and editors to ensure ideas move seamlessly from concept to execution.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced creative role for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understands high-retention storytelling, and knows how to craft moments that break out across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Script viral-ready moments and work directly with livestreamers to ideate and shape segments and moments with strong breakout potential.
• Optimize titles + thumbnails in partnership with creators and live content managers to ensure packaging meets peak YouTube performance standards.
• Review and refine video edits with a sharp eye for retention, pacing, storytelling, and virality.
• Improve communication pipelines between Fixated teams and creators — ensuring ideas, feedback, and deliverables move quickly and clearly.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure all live-derived videos are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
• Support the Live Content Team in building scalable systems around ideation, execution, and live-to-VOD workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of streamer storylines and viral moments happening on Twitch.
• Experience scripting, ideating, or producing content for livestreamers, high‑personality creators, or reactive content channels.
• Experience with high performing short form content (scripted or clipping)
• Strong instincts for virality, packaging, and high‑retention content.
• Deep familiarity with YouTube titles, thumbnails, and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with creators, editors, strategists, and managers.
• A strong understanding of internet culture and what makes live moments break out online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially around giving and receiving creative feedback.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving production environment.
• Play a core role in scaling Fixated’s entire live content operation.
• Work directly with top livestream creators and help shape their long‑term content direction.
