Wage: $25.00/hr.
Office-based, no remote work options.
Creative and versatile Content Creator part of Easterseals‑Goodwill’s Communications team. Self‑motivated; strong writing, design, production skills; career supporting mission‑driven organization. Responsible for developing and creating content for social media, email marketing, digital signage, print materials, traditional media, advertising campaigns, website, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, design, and produce engaging content for social media, email marketing campaigns, print materials, digital front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house signage, website updates, traditional and digital advertising, and more.
• Conceptualize and produce original graphics, photos, and video content aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Communications team to support multi‑faceted marketing and public relations campaigns that promote programs and services, Goodwill stores, and fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of programs, referral sources, community partners, and store operations to create informed and accurate content.
• Ensure all content reflects brand identity, mission, and values.
• Suggest improvements for content effectiveness and audience engagement based on data.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of producing multi‑media marketing materials.
• Knowledge of social marketing tactics to promote mission and brand‑related initiatives.
• Competency with video editing software.
• Excellent web, social media, and print content writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to travel throughout the 4‑state region (MT, ID, WY, UT) to capture content at stores and program sites.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• All positions require completion of a background check.

Experience

• 0–2 years
• Experience in content development, graphic design, advertising creative, online marketing, video editing, writing, and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office.
