Hawkeye Search Group is hiring: Content Creator in New York

We are looking for a creator who is connected to the brick-building niche, ideally someone who already builds, collects, or creates content in this world. Ideal candidates may run small creator pages themselves and may not be actively job searching; they likely live inside the niche already or are a creator looking for work. They don’t necessarily have to be an influencer—do not need a large following. Talent > audience size. They just need to be strong at storytelling, filming, editing, and producing content. The best creator for us is someone in our target demographic who naturally relates to our audience and is ideally already a fan/consumer of our brand or similar brands.

1099 contract (not full time employment). We will offer a monthly retainer that includes a set number of video deliverables per month (20-30).

What we’ll need them to do:

• Concept, film, and edit short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Create content that showcases our products in a natural, hobby‑native way.
• Communicate what additional footage/support they need from our team.
• Stay on top of trends within the brick‑building/collectibles/toy creator space.
• Provide consistent monthly deliverables under the retainer structure.

Who they should be:

• Someone who already lives in the brick‑building world or is an active consumer of similar products.
• Someone who is passionate about building and creator culture.
• Someone who is creative, reliable, self‑directed, and able to produce quickly.
• Prior experience creating social‑first content (TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts).
• They do not need prior brand experience, but experience in toys/collectibles is a plus.
