Content Marketing Manager

Pay Rate: Up to $50.00/hour

Employment Type: Straight W2 (No PTO, No Holiday Pay)

Duration: 6 month contract

Client: Global Fortune 500 technology client

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join a fast‑paced commercial marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, data‑driven marketer who can turn insights into compelling content that drives engagement, supports demand generation, and strengthens brand positioning as a trusted thought leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports demand generation and lead nurturing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as the primary distribution and engagement platform.
  • Create high‑impact short‑ and long‑form content, including LinkedIn posts, blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social content.
  • Own and optimize LinkedIn content performance, using analytics to refine messaging, formats, and cadence.
  • Analyze content performance regularly and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, audience needs, and content opportunities within the technology landscape.
  • Manage a comprehensive content calendar in Monday.com, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, managing workflows and content budgets to ensure efficient execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of content marketing experience (industry agnostic, technology experience preferred).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, and audience‑focused content.
  • Hands‑on experience creating and distributing content on LinkedIn, including organic and campaign‑based content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to content strategy.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and demand generation best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
