Content Manager of Revit

CRB is a leading AEC firm dedicated to innovative solutions in the life sciences and food & beverage industries.

We are seeking a highly experienced Content Manager of Revit to join our Project Operations & Risk (POR) team. This role focuses on advancing our BIM, content, and data strategy across projects. The ideal candidate combines 5–10 years of experience, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for leveraging BIM to drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic development of content roadmaps and planning.
  • Oversee content creation, management, training, and emerging technology.
  • Provide ongoing family content development and support for design and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Discipline Leads and VDC Team to deliver quality content.
  • Work with regional teams, POR, and project staff to provide content-related support.
  • Help develop new workflows to advance content use on projects.
  • Support project teams with content requests, BIM workflows, and maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Computer-Aided Design or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an EPC firm setting.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Revit, Unifi, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of contractual delivery methods for design and construction projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standard VDC documentation (BEP, BIM Forum, etc.).
  • Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, ACC, Assemble).
  • Knowledge of supporting VDC tools (Revit add-ins, Dynamo, Bluebeam, AR/VR).
  • Industry VDC certification (Revit Certified Professional, CM-BIM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content development.
  • Programming skills a plus (C#, VB.NET, F#, etc.).
  • Knowledge of formula-driven geometry or the creation of smart content.
  • Experience in writing standards and guidelines.
  • Understanding of data-centric driven content in an A/E design firm setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
