GnosisDAO builds decentralized infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. Gnosis developed a wide range of products, including Gnosis Safe, Gnosis Protocol (CowSwap), Conditional Tokens (prediction markets), Gnosis Auction, Zodiac, Circles UBI, and Gnosis Chain. Gnosis Chain is the product of the merger of Gnosis and xDai. As one of Ethereum’s earliest sidechains, it has quiet but significant real‑world usage and is accelerating Ethereum.
What You Will Do
With infrastructure largely built, we are entering the next phase of our mission: building products that are not only usable for regular users but also better than existing options. This requires building a marketing team at Gnosis.
We are seeking a seasoned, value‑aligned Head of Content to define and execute our global content strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all channels to support Gnosis’ expansion into the retail market and broader Web3 ecosystem.
Content Strategy and Narrative Framing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps, and target audience needs across all retail products.
- Define and articulate the overarching brand story and key messaging that frames Gnosis in the retail space.
- Design and lead co‑marketing and content programs with key Web3 partners to expand reach and drive shared KPIs.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a global editorial calendar for all content touchpoints.
- Define and enforce content guidelines to ensure a consistent, on‑brand voice and high‑quality standard across all written, visual, and multimedia content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Performance
- Lead the strategy and execution to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, including keyword research, gap analysis, and technical SEO collaboration.
- Establish analytics frameworks and track KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, conversion rates, time on page, domain authority) to measure effectiveness.
- Use data‑driven insights to optimize content strategies, improve conversion rates, and increase ROI.
Content Creation and Production
- Produce end‑to‑end content and oversee the production process when needed, managing internal and external writers, designers, and agencies to deliver high‑impact content on time.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content for diverse retail audiences.
Who You Are
- Prior experience leading content and partner marketing within fast‑growing crypto/Web3 companies or related fintech/digital growth sectors.
- Proven experience in content strategy, SEO/SEM.

Location and Compensation
Location: Berlin, Germany
Salary: CA$100,000.00–CA$180,000.00
