Precision Services Group (PSG) is a full-service print and marketing partner helping brands bring ideas to life across print, digital, creative, and fulfillment. As we continue to expand our omnichannel capabilities, we’re growing our Marketing team and looking for a Creative Designer who can confidently design across both digital and print, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role
The Creative Designer will play a key role on PSG’s Marketing team, supporting both client-facing creative work and PSG brand marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in print design paired with modern digital design skills, as well as the ability to contribute upstream to creative concepting and pitches.
You’ll work across multiple brands, platforms, and formats, owning projects from early concept through final production and ensuring every piece is on‑brand, production‑ready, and executed efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Design creative assets across digital and print, including:
- Websites, landing pages, emails, and social graphics.
- Packaging, direct mail, large‑format, small‑format, and specialty print pieces.
- Support creative concepting, including:
- Developing mood boards and visual directions
- Contributing to creative pitches and client presentations
- Translating ideas into compelling design concepts that sell the vision
- Proven experience managing and designing within brand guidelines for multiple businesses and client brands simultaneously.
- Photo editing and retouching for product imagery, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.
- Interpret, apply, and maintain brand guidelines across diverse businesses and client portfolios.
- Analyze client concepts and renders, translating creative vision into structurally feasible, production‑ready designs.
- Balance creativity, cost‑efficiency, and speed‑to‑market when developing design solutions.
- Prepare accurate, press‑ready files and collaborate closely with production teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Client teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel campaigns.
- Support PSG brand initiatives including campaigns, social content, sales materials, and internal marketing.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
- Track time and project effort accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Adobe InDesign experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing digital assets for web, email, and social
- Familiarity with Figma and/or Adobe XD for digital design and collaboration
- Experience working with multiple brands and brand guidelines
- Proven ability to balance creative excellence with practical production constraints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to move quickly, adapt, and maintain quality in a high‑volume environment
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Motion or video design experience for short‑form content (social, reels, promos)
- Experience in structural or 3D display design.
- Solid understanding of large‑format printing, offset printing, CAD cutting, traditional die‑cutting processes.
- Experience designing integrated omnichannel campaigns.
- Familiarity with time tracking or project management tools (Timeneye, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
- Experience working in an agency, print, or production‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with a creative and technical team.
- Comfortable providing design directions while remaining hands‑on.
