Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and building work that feels unmistakably of the now. This role is for a visionary maker‑leader who understands digital culture intuitively and can architect brand narratives across every modern touchpoint – from social and short‑form content to experiential activations, digital campaigns, and beyond. You’ll help shape ideas that resonate authentically with audiences who live online, and inspire both clients and internal teams to pursue bold, culturally connected creative.
This position is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution for multiple high‑profile clients and projects. You’ll oversee a tight‑knit team of creatives, guiding them to craft strategic and unforgettable work that connects deeply with today’s hyper‑engaged, socially‑driven audiences.

Locations:
This role is available near any of the Summit House office hubs: Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, or Atlanta. We operate using a hybrid work model, in‑person once a week and otherwise working remotely.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams through concept development to final execution for social and broadcast campaigns.
- Build net‑new creative campaigns from the ground up – from idea inception to execution.
- Champion big, brand‑defining ideas rooted in sports culture, fan insight, and innovation.
- Translate brand strategy and client objectives into powerful, engaging creative campaigns across social and broadcast channels.
- Serve as the creative lead for pitches, presentations, and new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of cross‑functional team members to curate brainstorming teams and staff projects with the right experts to meet client and creative needs.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure creative excellence and delivery on time and on budget.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and mentorship to creative team members to foster their growth and development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends in sports, culture, design, media, and technology.
- Represent the agency and its creative philosophy to clients and at industry events.
What You Bring:
- 6-8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role at an agency, studio, or brand.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases sports, lifestyle, or culture-driven campaigns and a mix of brand storytelling and content work.
- Deep understanding of culture, audience behavior, and internet trends; keeping a close eye on what other brands are doing online and in other marketing efforts. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver award-worthy creative work.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities across all media (digital, video, social, experiential, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can sell the vision as well as shape it.
- Passion for mentoring talent and creating a positive, high-performance creative culture.
- Evidence that confirms that you understand golf and play, consume golf content and culture.
