In the role of Creative Head, you will be responsible for directing and executing exciting creative responses for our priority projects. Bringing exceptional concepting and craftsmanship skills and assured leadership capabilities, you will oversee outstanding output from our team time and time again, setting the standard for what ‘best in class’ looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Turn client briefs into bigger, bolder opportunities.
• Lead concepting sessions that spark fresh, unforgettable ideas.
• Guide designers with sharp art direction and impeccable craftsmanship.
• Champion standout brand identity and communications work across key projects.
• Keep projects running smoothly, balancing creativity, craft and deadlines.
• Present with confidence and clarity, becoming a trusted creative voice for our clients.
• Mentor junior creatives and lead by example, setting the creative vision while personally contributing to the craft and output of the work.
• Push our clients (and their brands) to think and act more ethically, sustainably and inclusively.

Required skills

• Demonstrable experience in top brand / comms agencies, ideally with strong FMCG exposure.
• A proven track record in concepting, art direction and crafting beautiful design.
• Deep understanding of brand identity and brand comms.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and people skills.
• A solid grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Confidence presenting brave, brilliant work at all levels.
• A passion for design culture and a finger on the pulse of branding trends.
