Job Description
Our client, an award-winning full-service agency, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Creative Director to join their team in Dania Beach, FL. This leadership role supports the Creative Director in guiding the overall creative direction of the agency, managing 3-5 designers, and driving innovative, results-oriented campaigns across multiple media platforms.
This position is 5 days on-site (they are strict about this) and they are looking to hire for the position immediately!

Responsibilities
- Lead concepting, branding, and design across all creative disciplines.
- Develop and execute campaigns across print, digital, social, outdoor, and video.
- Manage and mentor creative team members and interns.
- Present creative work with clarity and confidence to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support digital and social media advertising efforts with compelling creative.
- Collaborate with external vendors including photographers, animators, and merchandise partners.
- Build brand narratives and campaign-level creative strategies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop smart, effective design solutions.
- Produce production-ready designs and layouts, and create visually engaging presentations.
- Ensure all visual work aligns with brand guidelines or assist in developing new ones.
- Generate original content across digital, social, video, experiential, and co-creation platforms.
- Stay current with social media best practices, innovative media trends, and analytics.
- Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President/Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in art direction and/or design within a creative agency or department (advertising, digital, social media).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- Formal education in advertising design and conceptual thinking is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Skilled in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under tight deadlines.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
Paid Time Off & Sick Hours
- 56 Sick/PTO hours (equivalent to 7 days).
- Additional 56 hours accrued annually on each one-year anniversary, with a carry-over limit of 112 hours.
