Overview
Sourcing Supervisor at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) – We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Creative Marketing Manager to their team. This role will oversee creative strategy and execution across digital and print channels, managing both internal creatives and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.
Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Location and terms
Hybrid; based in Irvine with 3 days onsite per week. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative strategy and execution across digital and print channels.
- Manage both internal creatives and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end creative workflows, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and final delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing project management, or agency account/project management.
- Ability to manage end-to-end creative workflows, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and final delivery.
- Strong eye for brand consistency and quality control across digital, video, and print assets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment and managing projects in tools like Asana.
