We solve customer problems while reducing waste, time, money, and materials that end up in landfills. We are a national franchise growing our local team and looking for Skilled Field Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Repair and restore surfaces such as floors, countertops, tubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels.
• Match color and finish to existing surfaces, using color matching tools and reference.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and surface repair product applications.
• Complete repairs within project timelines and maintain high work quality.
• Assist customers with questions and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, or a hobby.
• Basic art and color matching background helpful but not required.
• Commitment to a minimum 2‑year training and work period.
• Attention to detail, customer service experience, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work within a tight schedule and meet project deadlines.
