We’re hiring experts in English Creative Writing to work as AI Trainers for our client to help build the future of interactive worlds.

Our client is building real time, emotionally rich digital worlds where humans form real connections with AI driven characters. This is hands on, creative AI work that directly shapes how models think, speak, and behave. If you enjoy storytelling, dialogue, and understanding how people communicate, this role is for you.

They are scaling rapidly and hiring AI Trainers to improve the accuracy, personality, and realism of their models.

Tasks

What you will do

• Annotate and evaluate dialogues, quests, and character interactions
• Help shape personalities, storylines, and world building
• Analyze tone, humor, emotion, and narrative intent
• Work inside proprietary evaluation platforms
• Collaborate remotely with AI research and product teams
• Directly influence how real users experience AI

Requirements

Who you are

• Native or fluent in English
• Strong reader and writer with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Able to follow structured guidelines consistently
• Clear and professional communicator
• Bonus if you naturally understand sarcasm and nuanced or dark humor

Preferred backgrounds

• Creative writing, storytelling, copywriting, content creation
• English, communications, journalism, or media studies
• Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral sciences
• Game design or game development
• STEM backgrounds with strong structure and analytical thinking
• Prior AI data or annotation experience is a plus but not required

Compensation and commitment

• Hourly rate of $20 to $30 based on experience and location
• International rates available
• 20 to 40 plus flexible hours per week
• Weekly pay
