Social Media Video Creator Job at STRM Recruiting in San Francisco

STRM is partnering with a fantastic entrepreneur in the Bay Area. We are looking for a high-caliber Social Media Video Creator who understands the language of vitality, energy, pacing, rhythm, and emotional pull and can translate that into scroll-stopping content with little to no oversight.

Compensation $30-$50 per hour | 20 to 40 hours per week | Remote

This role is 95 percent short-form content with occasional long-form edits. You will be editing at high volume and high speed working almost as an extension of the creator’s brain.

If you enjoy studying a creator’s style, reverse engineering what works, and replicating it flawlessly, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Edit and produce up to 5 short-form videos per day in an established high-energy style.
• Analyze existing content and reference videos to precisely match tone, pacing, captions, and visual rhythm.
• Turn raw footage audio and b-roll folders into finished videos with minimal direction.
• Occasionally edit longer form content using provided references.
• Maintain fast turnaround times and highly responsive communication.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong intuition for energy, momentum, and emotional engagement in short-form video.
• Social media expert in video for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Ability to study and replicate an existing editing style without constant feedback.
• Extremely fast editor who thrives under tight timelines.
• Close attention to detail and consistency across daily outputs.
• Comfortable operating in what is essentially a full-time creative flow.
