What You’ll Do

• Stay on top of social trends
  Keep an eye on what’s blowing up on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X, and help identify which trends make sense for us.
• Create content (on-camera)
  You’ll film short videos based on trending formats, everyday moments, and your own ideas. Being comfortable on camera is a must.
• Basic editing
  If you have editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.), that’s a big plus. The ability to cut clean, simple, fast-moving content is ideal.
• Experiment and learn
  Try different hooks, formats, and styles, see what works, look at the numbers, and adjust. We move fast and love testing new things.
• Collaborate with the marketing team
  Join brainstorms, pitch ideas, and help shape a brand that feels fun, young, and internet-native.

What We’re Looking For

• Super familiar with TikTok, IG Reels, memes, and internet culture
• Comfortable being on camera and expressing personality
• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Editing experience is a plus
• Strong sense of humor
• Able to commit around 10 hours per week

Compensation

• $800 monthly base
• Additional video performance bonus (based on output and results)
