Agency & Creator Operations Manager (US) - CapCut

Responsibilities

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies.
• Manage the empowering system of CapCut creators and agencies, providing insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve in‑app content creation quality and increase target content production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent‑management divisions of short‑video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs; familiarity with creator recruitment, agency management, and creator monetization.
• Familiarity with digital content ecosystems and data analytics.
• Fluency in English, experience in remote online collaboration, and a strong commitment to the role.
• Good knowledge of short‑video creation or editing, and familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Alightmotion, etc.
• Organized and structural mindset, strong target‑breakdown, strategic thinking, and planning skills.

Job Information

Compensation Range: $83,600 – $192,534 annually. Base pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays; 10 paid sick days; and 17 days of paid personal time prorated upon hire.
