Social Media Content Creator (Full-Time) Job at Redrockschurch in Littleton

We are seeking an experienced social media content creator to join the Team at Red Rocks Church. This position will work alongside a team of creatives to push creativity and innovation as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. With minimal supervision, this position will work collaboratively with other team members and the Communications Director, to provide content capture, produce graphics, videos, and photos, as well as support management for a for social media accounts while supporting the integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand.

This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices with frequent travel between local campuses. No opportunity for remote work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for 1-2 social media accounts
• Regularly capture photo and video content at weekend experiences and mid-week events
• Capture speaker photos and BTS content of weekend messages
• Create and execute posting strategy and schedule, communicating if adjustments need to be made
• Create and post graphics, photos, and videos to social media accounts in alignment with the social media strategy
• Conceptualize creative graphics while maintaining cohesive branding
• Support and maintain integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand in all projects
• Have a strong understanding of video editing programs (Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects) as well as photo editing and design (Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Produce communicative email and web graphics as needed
• Create thumbnails for weekend messages
• Optimize YouTube videos before the videos go live
• Be willing to help anyone on the team through collaboration, brainstorms, assisting in video shoots, hands-on projects, special event installation, etc

Must Haves:

• Photography and video capture
• Video and photo editing (Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Graphic design skills with proficiency in Photoshop
• Experience working with digital and video standards
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively to team members and ministry teams; as well as, produce captions & respond to DMs
• Problem solving and critical thinking, able to think ahead to project and execute not just want is asked but what is needed
• Enthusiastic with attention to detail
• Able to receive and apply feedback and critique
• Able to maintain a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Must have the ability to have a flexible work schedule
